The client acknowledges and agrees that all fees are charged for the labor and expertise provided by our engineers, and not for the specific results of such work. While we will make every reasonable effort to deliver a high-quality product and provide ongoing support, all completed labor must be fully compensated. Accordingly, no refunds—whether partial or full—will be issued under any circumstances.
Prior to purchasing tuning credits, clients are advised to review the description and purpose of our file service. In the event that a selected tuning option cannot be completed, the corresponding credit will only be reimbursed to the client’s account balance for future file service use. Refunds to external payment methods are not permitted.
For vehicles not listed as supported, no guarantee is made that a suitable solution exists. If file modification proves impossible, the client will be informed that the service has been canceled and the associated credit will be returned to their file service account for future use.
Our support ticket system is intended solely for resolving issues related to the files and services we have provided. We are under no obligation to modify or correct files created by third-party tuners free of charge. The client will receive only the file and options that were explicitly selected and paid for.
