This agreement applies to all tuning files, software modifications, and services provided by Alpha LLC, whether delivered via email, download, USB, or through our client portal.
2. Use at Your Own Risk
All products, software, and services are used at the buyer’s own risk.
Alpha LLC accepts no liability for technical, economic, or other consequences of use.
3. Customer Responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for:
Proper use of the software and tuning files
Compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws
Any consequences related to emissions, diagnostics, or vehicle approval
Legal and technical outcomes if used in public traffic or contrary to this agreement
Alpha LLC accepts no liability for misuse, incorrect application, or unauthorized use.
4. Sole Responsibility for Legal Compliance
The buyer is fully responsible for compliance with all vehicle and traffic laws.
Products may only be used for legally permissible purposes.
5. Liability Waiver
Alpha LLC assumes no responsibility for:
Loss of vehicle registration or type approval
Technical defects or engine damage caused by incorrect use
Fines, penalties, or legal consequences due to non-compliant use
Use of files by third parties beyond the original customer
- For achieving any performance specifications
6. No Refund Policy
By purchasing, downloading, or receiving any file, the customer confirms full understanding and acceptance of these terms.
All fees are charged for the labor and expertise of our engineers, not for guaranteed results. All completed work must be fully compensated. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued under any circumstances.
If a selected tuning option cannot be completed, the corresponding credit will be returned to the client’s account for future use only. Refunds to external payment methods are not permitted.
For unsupported vehicles, no guarantee of a solution is provided. If modification is impossible, the service will be canceled and the credit returned to the client account.
The support ticket system is intended solely for issues related to files and services provided by Alpha LLC. We are not obligated to modify or correct third-party files free of charge.
